KTSF Lincoln Asian Media × Enchant LA《小小記者挑戰賽活動規則與參加須知》，包括參加資格、影片報名規定、評選方式及現場活動要求。

Contest Rules Agreement: I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the participating child and that I have read, understood, and agreed to the official KTSF Lincoln Asian Media × Enchant LA Little Reporters Challenge Rules & Participation Guidelines, including eligibility requirements, video submission rules, selection criteria, and on-site event requirements.

肖像及影音使用授權： 本人確認為參加者的父母或法定監護人，並同意

KTSF Lincoln Asian Media 為活動評選目的，審閱孩子提交的影片及報名資料。本人亦授權 KTSF Lincoln Asian Media 及其經授權的活動合作夥伴，為本活動相關報導及宣傳用途，拍攝、使用、展示及分享孩子的肖像、聲音與影音畫面，包括於電視節目、《California Wonders》及社群媒體平台播出或發布。

Media Consent: I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the participating child and agree that KTSF Lincoln Asian Media may review my child's submitted video and registration information for contest selection purposes. I also authorize KTSF Lincoln Asian Media and its authorized event partners to record, use, display, and share my child's image, voice, and video footage for event-related coverage and promotional purposes, including broadcasts or publications on television programs, California Wonders, and social media platforms.

肖像及影音使用授權確認： 本人已閱讀、理解並同意上述肖像及影音使用授權條款。

Media Consent Agreement: I have read, understood, and agree to the Media Consent terms stated above.

現場活動出席確認： 本人了解，獲選的小朋友須於 2026 年 12 月 3 日，在家長或法定監護人全程陪同下，前往位於加州 Arcadia 的 Santa Anita Park，參加 Enchant LA 小小記者現場挑戰賽。本人確認，如孩子獲選，我與孩子均可於當日出席活動。

Event Attendance Confirmation: I understand that selected participants must attend the Little Reporters Challenge at Enchant LA, Santa Anita Park, Arcadia, CA, on December 3, 2026, accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. I confirm that my child and I will be available to attend if selected.
